We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee our corporate finance function, manage payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen financial controls, and provide accurate financial reporting and MIS to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the organization's corporate finance and accounting operations.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, payroll accounting, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and compliance.
- Administer and maintain Zoho Payroll (or similar payroll software) to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Companies Act, ROC, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports with actionable business insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee accounts payable,



accounts receivable, payroll accounting, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial closing activities.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.
- Support management with financial planning, cost optimization, and business decision-making.
- Drive finance process improvements, automation, and ERP optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory payroll compliance.
- Experience with Zoho Payroll (preferred) or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, payroll accounting, and MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
