We're looking for a Financial Controller to manage the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements that support strategic decision-making. You'll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and planning, working closely with founders to build a scalable finance function.

What You'll Work On

- Own daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Lead audits and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation.
- Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, reimbursements, and payroll coordination.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Design and implement financial controls, SOPs, and reporting processes.




- Partner with founders on budgeting, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial and operational alignment.

Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control roles.
- Experience in a startup or medical device industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
