Multicoreware is looking for a Financial Analyst to support our day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and assist with month‑end closures, budgeting, and compliance activities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a rapid‑paced environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations — AP, AR, GL posting, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in consolidation and preparation of management dashboards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis (variance, trend, scenario modelling).
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes; consolidate inputs from teams.




- Monitor KPIs and identify risks/opportunities in business performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Business Units to gather and validate data.

? Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (pivot tables, formulas, modelling).
- Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
- Solid understanding of financial standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet.
