Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Financial Advisor at Bajaj Life.

The Financial

Advisor will engage with customers to understand their financial goals, risk profile, and life-stage needs, and recommend suitable Bajaj Life insurance and investment solutions, including term plans, ULIPs, retirement, and child policies. Daily activities include conducting virtual consultations, preparing and presenting financial plans, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting customers through the application and onboarding process.



The role also involves ongoing portfolio reviews, policy servicing support, and proactive communication to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

The Financial

Advisor will collaborate with internal teams for training, compliance, and use of digital tools to deliver efficient, customer-centric advisory services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and design suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments, including insurance, market-linked products, and long-term wealth-building strategies.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning, with an understanding of income protection, long-term savings, and risk management for different life stages.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills to explain complex concepts in simple terms and build trust.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and remote consulting platforms; ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment.
