We are hiring a Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance, treasury, working capital, banking, and financial planning functions, ensuring solid liquidity, financial control, regulatory compliance, and effective support for strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s working capital and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Manage banking relationships, including fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
- Oversee loan portfolios, including term loans, working capital limits, and other credit facilities.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Finalize financial statements and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

Looking For

- Proven experience in finance management, treasury, working capital, and banking operations.
- Hands-on experience in debt restructuring, refinancing, fund raising, and financial negotiations.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
