Location: Pune Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 2 Years Post-Qualification Experience Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory About The Role We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance professional to take ownership of financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting and business finance in a high-growth technology environment. The ideal candidate should combine strong financial expertise with hands-on experience using AI tools for finance, analysis, reporting or business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) including annual budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling. Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, fundraising and investor reporting. Manage statutory audits, internal audits and direct & indirect tax compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per applicable accounting standards. Drive cost optimisation and monitor operational efficiency metrics. Partner with leadership on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation and strategic finance decisions.

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors and regulatory bodies. Build and manage a lean, high-performing finance team. Strengthen financial controls, policies and governance frameworks. Leverage AI tools to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, automation and decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements Qualified Chartered

Accountant (CA) Mandatory Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience Mandatory Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.



Hands-on experience with statutory audits and tax compliance. Practical experience using AI tools in finance/business functions Mandatory. Strong analytical aptitude and business acumen.

Experience in a startup, technology or high-growth environment is preferred. Exposure to SaaS / DeepTech business models is an advantage. Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar. Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
