? Target CustomersYou will be responsible for B2B/B2C sales and business development targeting:

- ? Rented Buildings & Rental Properties
- ?️ Builders, Property Owners & Facility Managers

? Candidate Requirements
- ? Graduation in any stream
- ? 0–3 years of sales experience — freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
- ? Must have a two-wheeler
- ? Valid driving licence is mandatory
- ? Must be currently living in Patna
- ?️ Positive communication and negotiation skills
- ? Target-oriented and willing to work in the field
- ? Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

? Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in Patna




- Generate leads and conduct field visits
- Demonstrate Greenstark's smart water management solutions
- Convert leads into customers
- Build relationships with hotels, apartments, landlords and property managers
- Achieve monthly sales targets

? Job Location Patna, Bihar ? Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and skills.
