About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing pet-tech company building technology that helps vets, groomers, trainers, pet shops, boarding centres, and other pet businesses manage their day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to grow our partner network across Jaipur.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in field sales, veterinary pharma, animal health, medical/pharma, or pet products who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and closing deals rather than working behind a desk.

What You'll Do:

- Meet 7–12 pet businesses per day across your Jaipur territory, including vets, groomers, pet shops, boarding centres, and trainers.
- Pitch and demonstrate the platform, handle objections, and close deals. Full product training will be provided.
- Onboard new partners after the sale, including setup, training, and early-stage support.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through:

1. Field visits
2. Cold calling
3. Referrals
4. Networking

- Ensure newly onboarded partners remain active and engaged on the platform.




- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
- Gather ground-level customer feedback and share insights with the product team.

What we're Looking For:

- 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in veterinary pharma, animal health, medical/pharma, or pet products is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi with working proficiency in English.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and independently managing a sales territory.
- Robust communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
