We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and references. Meet business owners, decision-makers, and procurement teams to present company products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technology solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and onboarding. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.



Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales opportunities.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 5-6 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in technology/IT sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.

Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality.

ProfileExperience in B2B technology solutions sales. Strong local market knowledge and business network. Excellent presentation and client handling skills. Ability to close deals and maintain long-term customer relationships.
