We are a leading security guarding services company with 44 years of experience in delivering qualified security solutions. We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites in Delhi/NCR.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, discipline, manpower command and control, and security operations, with the ability to ensure consistent service delivery and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across multiple security sites within the assigned area.
- Plan and coordinate deployment, shift management, and duty rosters for security personnel.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, turnout, conduct, and professional behaviour among guards.
- Liaise with clients to understand service requirements, address feedback, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct surprise inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Manage incident reports, disciplinary matters, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Support recruitment, selection, induction, and deployment of new security personnel.
- Ensure timely submission of operational reports, records,



and other documentation as per company standards.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- Post Graduate / MBA in HR or Manpower Management will be preferred.
- Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Air Force or CISF, preferably at the rank of Sergeant / ASI or above.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably involving multi-site manpower management.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and control large security manpower teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and applicable local regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency for operational reporting and documentation.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
