Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, focused on overseeing daily operations across assigned parking sites. This role includes monitoring site performance, coordinating with franchise partners and local staff, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols. The specialist will conduct regular site inspections, handle troubleshooting of on-ground issues, and work with the central team to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing operational data,



preparing basic reports, and supporting the rollout of new technology integrations or services. The role requires frequent interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and a high-quality parking experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Operations and Operations Management skills to manage multiple parking locations effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with partners, staff, and customers.
- Candidates should possess practical Troubleshooting abilities to resolve on-ground technical and process issues promptly.
- Relevant experience in mobility, logistics, facility management, or service operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office, travel between locations in Kochi, and adapt to dynamic field conditions.
- Basic familiarity with mobile apps and operational dashboards; comfort with using technology in daily work.
- Preferred educational background in business, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
