Responsible for field acquisition, onboarding and activation of Cab, Auto & E-Rickshaw captains on Rapido.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets, stands, workshops and transport hubs to acquire captains.
- Generate leads and explain Rapido earning opportunities.
- Complete captain onboarding and KYC.
- Help captains with app installation and first ride.
- Conduct local activation drives and build driver/dealer/fleet relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly activation targets.
- Maintain daily field reports and follow up with inactive captains.
Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass minimum; Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Operations, FMCG, Telecom, FinTech, Driver Acquisition, etc.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and target-based roles.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
