– Field Collection Executive Position: Field Collection Executive Department: Collections Industry: NBFC / Fintech Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Ghaziabad Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional relationships with customers. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Explain payment options and assist customers with resolving payment-related queries. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and follow-ups.

Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager. Handle customer interactions professionally and maintain good relationships. Coordinate with the internal Collection/Operations team regarding difficult or overdue cases.

Follow company policies, collection procedures, and compliance guidelines.



RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience in Field Collection, Loan Collection, Recovery, NBFC, Banking, or Finance will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and field-work ability may also apply. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with extensive field travel. Knowledge of the local area and local language is preferred. Basic smartphone and application handling skills. Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license .
