YOUR ROLE

As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve assigned monthly collection & DSO targets
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails and messages
- Conduct regular field visits for overdue payment recovery
- Track and monitor customer-wise outstanding payments
- Follow up with customers until payment is received
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visits and collection updates
- Coordinate with customers to resolve invoice and payment-related queries
- Share ledger statements and invoice-wise outstanding details
- Support balance reconciliation with customers
- Initiate appropriate recovery actions for overdue accounts

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 2–7 years in Credit Control / Collections

Graduates and freshers can also apply if they are interested in building their career in Credit Control & Collections. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

MANDATORY

Hands-on field collection experience

Strong customer communication & follow-up skills

Comfortable travelling within Mumbai and outside the city

GOOD TO HAVE

Logistics industry experience

Experience with ERP systems

Experience handling a large customer portfolio
