We're hiring: Field Executive (On-Ground Operations)!

Kareverse is a fast-growing Bangalore startup built by a seasoned team of senior leaders and IIM alumni. We're looking for a Field Executive who loves being out in the city and making things happen on the ground.

This is a hands-on role — you'll be out meeting people, not stuck behind a desk. If you're energetic, persuasive, and enjoy turning a "maybe" into a "yes," this one's for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Approach residential societies and communities, meet facility managers, and secure permissions and approvals for our on-ground events
- Run event operations end to end setup, on-the-day coordination, and getting collateral printed and ready
- Visit communities and partner institutions across Bangalore, build relationships, and bring them into our network
- Handle vendor logistics, coordinating equipment, materials and partners
- Make customer visits and support the team with day-to-day admin

WHO YOU ARE

- A graduate in any discipline. Freshers welcome,



1–2 years' experience a plus
- Fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi (you'll use all three every day)
- Personable and convincing, comfortable winning over a facility manager or a whole community
- Organised and dependable. You follow through and don't drop the ball
- Happy to be on the road across Bangalore most of the week

MUST-HAVES

- Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence
- Based in Bangalore and up for daily city-wide travel
