Description The Field Representative role at HelpRush is a full time, on-site position based in Srinagar, responsible for engaging with local service professionals and customers to support smooth operations on the platform. Day-to-day activities include onboarding and training professionals on the HelpRush app and processes, explaining trust, skill verification, and job types, and ensuring they meet platform standards. The role involves visiting field locations, addressing customer and professional queries, collecting feedback, and escalating service or technical issues to internal teams.

Field

Representatives also support outreach and awareness activities, help drive adoption of HelpRush in local communities, and maintain accurate records of interactions, training sessions, and service outcomes. Collaboration with operations, support, and product teams is expected to improve service quality and user experience.

Qualifications

- Field Service skills, including on-site visits, operational support, and coordination with local professionals and customers.
- Strong Communication skills,



with the ability to explain processes clearly in person and over phone or messaging tools.
- Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, respectful demeanor.
- Training skills to onboard and guide professionals on platform usage, compliance, and service standards.
- Basic Sales or outreach skills to promote HelpRush, encourage sign-ups, and support adoption among local communities.
- Knowledge of local geography and communities in Srinagar; ability to travel within the city as required.
- Comfort using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic productivity tools; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Prior experience in field operations, community engagement, local services, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a higher education qualification in business, social sciences, or related fields is preferred.
