Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate financial literacy sessions for students ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 10/12.

Content Creation: Design creative assignments, practical activities, and robust assessments to measure student progress.

Hybrid Teaching: Conduct high-energy in-person classes and transition seamlessly to online platforms when required.

Academic Leadership: Senior candidates will oversee curriculum standards, mentor junior faculty, and manage academic operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Domain Expertise: A strong foundational knowledge of the Finance Industry (banking, investments, personal finance, etc.).

Linguistic Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using educational technology, LMS platforms, and video conferencing tools.
