Strategic

Oversight • Plan and allocate manpower across all security functions and shifts.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure service levels are met.
- Align security operations with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Multi-Role Supervision • Oversee operations of:
- Security Officers • Floor Guards • Escort Teams • Control Room Operators • SOC Analysts • Ensure coordination and communication across all roles.
- Technology and Systems Management • Ensure functionality of:
- CCTV and access control systems • ID badge printing systems • Communication devices and SIEM tools • Coordinate with IT and vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
- Risk and Compliance • Monitor geopolitical developments and assess their impact on security.




- Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and client-specific SOPs.
- Lead emergency preparedness and crisis response initiatives.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal leadership.
- Handle escalations, service reviews, and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
- Training and Development • Identify training needs across all roles.
- Organize cross-functional training and refresher programs.
- Mentor supervisors and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Reporting and Documentation • Consolidate reports from all departments into unified dashboards.
- Present insights, trends, and incident summaries to senior management.
