Role Description The Factory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai (Naigaon).

The Factory

Manager oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating production schedules, managing resources and materials, and monitoring equipment performance. The role also involves implementing process improvements, ensuring adherence to regulatory and certification requirements,



and collaborating with leadership on operational strategy and capacity planning.

The Factory

Manager is expected to maintain transparent communication across departments and support a culture of continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee schedules, resource allocation, and output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to maintain OEM-level standards and compliance with certifications and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve overall factory performance.
- Experience managing production staff, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing / line processes, textile or accessories production, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using production data and metrics for decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Relevant technical or engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience in factory or plant management.
