We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operationsand maintenance of residential and commercial facilities while ensuring high servicequality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and commercialfacilities.Manage housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilityservices. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, fire, andstatutory standards.

Maintain maintenance records, reports, and vendor performance.

Monitor budgets, material usage, and operational expenses.

Resolve facility-related issues efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical,



Electrical Engineering, Facility Management,or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management or Facility Operations. Solid knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and vendormanagement.

Understanding of health, safety, fire, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is an addedadvantage.Additional RequirementsJoining: Immediate | Interview Mode: Face-to-Face | Hospitality / Facility Management
