About the Role
MYTYLES is looking for a highly proactive and execution-oriented Experience Center Development Manager who will take complete ownership of establishing our current Experience Center from scratch to fully operational stage.
This is a hands-on project ownership role. The individual will be responsible for planning, procurement, vendor identification and onboarding, technical coordination, execution, installation, quality control, timelines, budgets and final readiness of the Experience Center.
The ideal candidate should be a person of action, capable of independently coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, designers, technical teams and internal stakeholders and ensuring that the project progresses without delays.
The person should be able to walk into an empty/under-development site and take ownership of transforming it into a premium, functional and visually impactful MYTYLES Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Experience Center Establishment
- Take complete ownership of the Experience Center project from Day 1 to final handover.
- Understand the design concept, drawings, layouts and customer experience requirements.
- Convert design concepts into executable plans.
- Prepare project timelines, milestones and execution plans.
- Coordinate all activities required to make the Experience Center operational.
- Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks and risks and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure timely completion without compromising on design, quality or functionality.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project execution schedules.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, fabrication, signage, flooring, glass, displays and other works.
- Monitor daily site progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors and technical consultants.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify deviations and ensure corrective action.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Procurement & Vendor Management Take ownership of all procurement requirements related to the Experience Center.
- Identify suitable vendors, contractors and manufacturers.
- Source quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, capability, capacity and timelines.
- Onboard and coordinate with vendors.
- Develop a reliable vendor network for:
- Civil works
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Lighting
- Glass
- MS/SS fabrication
- Acrylic
- Woodwork
- Signage
- Display racks
- Tile display systems
- Furniture
- Branding
- Printing
- Digital displays
- IT/networking
- Security systems
- Other project requirements
- Ensure timely material procurement and delivery.
- Track purchase orders and vendor commitments.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining required quality standards.
4. Tiles & Product Display Systems Since this is a tiles industry Experience Center, the candidate should have a strong understanding of how products need to be presented.
The person will coordinate the development and installation of:
- Tile sample display systems
- Large-format tile displays
- Wall-mounted tile displays
- Floor tile display systems
- Slab/sample displays
- Bathroom and basin displays
- Kitchen/interior application displays
- Product category displays
- Catalogue/product information systems
- Custom-designed display racks
- Customer consultation areas
- Sample handling and storage systems
The objective should be to ensure that the Experience Center is not merely a showroom, but a premium customer experience destination.
- Technical Coordination
Coordinate all technical requirements including:
- Electrical systems
- Lighting design and installation
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Water supply/drainage
- Fire & safety systems
- CCTV
- Access control
- Networking/Wi-Fi
- Audio/video systems
- Digital screens
- POS/IT infrastructure
- Signage power requirements
- Backup power
- Equipment installation
Ensure technical systems are properly coordinated with the overall design and customer experience.
- Interior & Exterior Execution
Take ownership of execution related to:
- Flooring
- Walls
- Ceilings
- Glass partitions
- Doors
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Display structures
- Custom fabrication
- Branding
- Façade
- Exterior signage
- Parking signage
- Wayfinding
- Landscaping, wherever applicable
- Customer waiting/consultation areas
7. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Conduct regular vendor meetings.
- Define work scope and timelines clearly.
- Monitor manpower deployment.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed deadlines.
- Resolve execution-related issues quickly.
- Ensure proper coordination between different contractors.
- Prevent dependency-related delays.
8. Quality Control
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet MYTYLES' required standards.
- Inspect materials before installation wherever required.
- Ensure proper finishing and detailing.
- Identify defects and ensure rectification.
- Ensure display systems are durable and customer-friendly.
- Conduct final snagging and quality inspections before handover.
9. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project-level procurement requirements and cost estimates.
- Obtain and compare quotations.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors.
- Track project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Prevent unnecessary cost escalation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design or quality.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
