The Business Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
- Follow up with customers for order finalization and payment collection.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Sales teams for stock availability and dispatch.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales data.
- Support principals and channel partners for business development activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
