Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Executive Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across tech, operations, sales, and medical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and manage the candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (Tech, Ops, Corporate, and Field teams).
- Direct Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and direct headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, evaluate candidates, and schedule multi-stage interviews.
- Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, lead salary negotiations,



and maintain strong candidate engagement through notice periods to ensure high join ratios.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers and report to

Requirements

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (Startup, Health-Tech, or Diagnostic exposure preferred).
- Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Social Media and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and offer-closure skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
