What we are looking for:

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Talent Partner to build and strengthen leadership teams across Turbostart and its portfolio companies.This is a strategic executive search role, designed for someone who can go beyond traditional recruitment to become a trusted partner to founders and business leaders. You will immerse yourself in our businesses, understand their unique challenges, growth ambitions, and leadership requirements, and translate those insights into exceptional executive hiring outcomes. You will proactively identify and engage high-calibre leaders who are often not actively exploring new opportunities, leveraging your network, market intelligence, and executive search expertise to attract talent that will shape the future of our ecosystem.

What You'll Do

- Lead executive search and leadership hiring initiatives for senior and leadership positions across Turbostart and its portfolio companies.




- Partner closely with founders, CEOs, and business leaders to understand each business, its strategy, organizational structure, leadership challenges, and future capability requirements.
- Develop executive hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term organizational growth.
- Identify, engage, and influence exceptional passive talent through executive search, market mapping, professional networks, industry referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Directors, Vice Presidents, Heads of Functions, and senior professionals across relevant industries.
- Conduct talent intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and leadership market mapping to identify and attract world-class executive talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior leaders, creating a strong leadership talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Advise founders and business leaders on talent availability, executive compensation, leadership trends, market insights, and hiring strategies.
- Represent Turbostart's leadership brand within the executive talent community and position the organization as an employer of choice for senior professionals.
- Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Our Ideal candidate:

Functional Skills

- 15–20 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Strategic Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring senior executives and leadership talent.
- Prior experience with a leading executive search or leadership consulting firm such as Michael Page, ABC Consultants, Korn Ferry, Egon Zehnder, Spencer Stuart, or a similar organization is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in executive search, talent intelligence, market mapping, competitor benchmarking,



and proactive engagement of passive candidates.
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior leaders across technology, SaaS, consulting, financial services, startups, and other high-growth sectors.
- Strong network of founders, CXOs, investors, senior business leaders, and industry professionals.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective leadership hiring strategies.
- Deep understanding of executive compensation, leadership assessment, and market dynamics.
