? Qualification: MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MPM

? Experience: 3–5 years in L&D;, Training, or HR Analytics

We are looking for a dynamic L&D; qualified passionate about employee development, training effectiveness, and data-driven learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including training manuals, e-learning content, presentations, and instructional videos.
- Manage and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SF/Darwin box, ensuring smooth training operations and data accuracy.
- Develop assessment frameworks and conduct pre-training and post-training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
- Analyze training outcomes, evaluate ROI,



and prepare impact analysis reports to assess program effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless execution of learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to track training metrics and provide actionable insights on L&D; activities.

Skill Set Required:

- Learning Management System (LMS) handling – SF / Darwin box
- Training content development & instructional design
- HR Analytics, MIS Reporting & Dashboard preparation
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Training effectiveness measurement & ROI analysis
