Executive – Loyalty, Referral & Society Engagement

Location: Pride World City, Pune

Role Objective

Drive maximum direct business through customer referrals and society/community engagement, while strengthening Pride World City’s relationship with residents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Engage existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, meetings and events.

Generate qualified referrals from customers, homeowners and their networks.

Identify and nurture Brand Advocates / Referral Champions.

Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to convert referrals into visits and bookings.

Plan and execute loyalty and referral campaigns.

Organise and support society/community activities such as festive celebrations, resident engagement* programs, contests, workshops, sports, kids’ activities and special events.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and society representatives for smooth execution of activities.





Use society events and resident interactions to improve engagement, advocacy and brand affinity.

Maintain referral data, follow-ups and activity records in CRM.

Track referral funnel from lead generation to booking.

Referral leads generated

Active referring customers

Site visits / virtual meetings

Candidate Profile

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, events, sales, hospitality or real estate preferred.

Solid communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.

Energetic, proactive and comfortable handling both business targets and on-ground activities.

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
