Key Responsibilities

- - Administer and support the Okta Workforce Identity platform.

- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.

- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and profile updates.

- Create and manage users, groups, applications, and group assignments.

- Configure application integrations using SAML, OIDC, and SWA.

- Support user provisioning and deprovisioning using SCIM where applicable.

- Monitor Okta system logs and troubleshoot authentication and provisioning issues.

- Implement and maintain sign-on and authentication policies.

- Assist in application onboarding and identity integration projects.

- Work with internal IT teams to resolve access-related incidents and service requests.

- - Prepare and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.





- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- - 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Okta Administration.

- Robust understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

- Experience with

- Okta Workforce Identity Cloud

- SAML 2.0

- OpenID Connect (OIDC)

- OAuth 2.0 (basic understanding)

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Lifecycle Management

- Universal Directory

- Group Management

- Experience troubleshooting authentication and provisioning issues.

- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP integration.

- Basic understanding of SCIM provisioning.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of any back-end scripting is preferred.

- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
