Job Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, statutory compliances, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and vouchersHandle accounts payable & receivablePerform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliationsCoordinate payroll and validate salary inputsSupport compliances: GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PTAssist in GST & TDS filings and statutory returnsPrepare MIS reports and support month/year-end closingCoordinate with auditors and consultants

Skills Required

Robust accounting knowledgeWorking knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESICProficiency in Excel and TallyHigh accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

Startup / fast-growing company experienceGood communication and coordination skills
