- Travel certification/ Diploma is required
- Basic understanding of Travel domain is mandatory
- Knowledge of GDS is important
- Good communication skills
- Result oriented and self-driven
- Versatile to work in shifts as per client requirements
- Good on Multitasking and Time management.
- IATA/UFTAA/ will be an advantage
