- To act as a connecting link between the Team leader, junior physios and patients
- To monitor the care delivered and provide necessary consults including Tele consults and home- based care
- To lead, influence and motivate staff
- To supervise junior members of staff, oversee their development including training and joint working
- To facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care resulting in better outcomes
- To supervise and setup protocols for junior physios and maintain records, progress reports and assessments of patients
- To be involved in clinical decision making and goal settings for patients and monitor their progress at small intervals
- To help further develop the clinical expertise to translate it into Research and publish research articles
