Role Description The Event Stall 3ds Max Designer is a full time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves conceptualizing and designing event stalls, exhibition booths, and brand environments using 3D software, with a strong focus on brand guidelines and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating 3D layouts, detailed stall designs, and realistic renderings, coordinating with the client servicing and production teams, and refining concepts based on feedback.

The designer will manage lighting and material details to ensure accurate visualization,



collaborate with graphic designers for branding elements, and prepare final files and specifications for fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for event stalls, exhibitions, and experiential spaces
- Ability to design and optimize Lighting setups for realistic visualizations and presentations
- Graphic Design capabilities to integrate branding, signage, and visual communication into stall designs
- Basic to intermediate Animation skills for walkthroughs or dynamic presentations of stall concepts
- Proficiency in 3ds Max (and related rendering engines), with knowledge of other 3D or design tools as a plus
- Relevant experience in event, exhibition, retail, or experiential design environments
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, and client-facing teams
- Diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
