Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram focused on event productions and operations. The role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor management, logistics, scheduling, and on-ground setup. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations and creative concepts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing production workflows, tracking budgets and resources, managing risk and contingencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery during rehearsals and live events.



The role also includes post-event evaluation, documentation, and continuous process improvement to enhance future event experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong event production and operations skills, including planning, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Experience in vendor and partner management, with the ability to negotiate, schedule, and oversee multiple service providers.
- Project management abilities, including timeline management, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, creative teams, and technical staff.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle live event challenges and last-minute changes.
- Proficiency with standard office and project management tools; familiarity with event production software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, in fast-paced environments, and during extended or flexible schedule as required by event schedules.
- Relevant experience in event management, production, or operations; a degree or certification in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
