:We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise retail solutions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, gathering and translating functional requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project go-live within defined timelines and scope.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning &

- Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.Client &
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution discussions.
- Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.Functional Expertise:
- Analyze and document business processes related to retail operations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Provide guidance on best practices in POS, inventory management, merchandising, and supply chain processes.
- Support solution configuration and ensure alignment with client needs.Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Technical, QA, Support, and Product teams.




- Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
- Ensure smooth handover from implementation to support.Governance &
- Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with defined project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Maintain project documentation and reporting standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations.
- Proven experience in managing large enterprise implementation projects.
- Experience working with global clients.
- Solid command over project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP / Prince2 or other project management certifications.
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based retail solutions.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
