- Civil Estimation Engineer Job Location Manipur , Thangal Bazar Imphal project requirements,BOQ, Quantity Surveying Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Estimation Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of DSR, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and MEP coordination . The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, and supporting tender and project costing activities. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil and construction projects. Prepare project estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements. Perform quantity take-off for civil works including concrete, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring, painting, excavation, etc. Prepare DSR-based rate analysis and project costing. Work with Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) and applicable market rates. Analyze material, labour, equipment, overhead, and subcontractor costs. Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings for estimation purposes. Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other services. Prepare comparative statements and vendor/subcontractor rate comparisons. Review tender documents, technical specifications, and scope of work. Identify quantity discrepancies,



missing items, and scope variations. Assist in preparing tender quotations and commercial proposals. Prepare RA bills, variation statements, and reconciliation when required. Coordinate with project and procurement teams regarding material rates and quantities. Maintain estimation records, rate databases, BOQ sheets, and project costing reports. Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of Civil Estimation and Quantity Surveying . Valuable knowledge of DSR and Rate Analysis . Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off . Knowledge of Civil, Structural, and MEP works . Proficiency in MS Excel and construction estimation software. Ability to read and interpret Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings . Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage. Good analytical and calculation skills. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Experience Experience in construction companies, infrastructure projects, government tenders, commercial buildings, residential projects, or MEP-related estimation
