Responsibilities: Consulting customers regarding SAM project requirements Interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve configuration issues Creating SAM technical and functional documentation as per requirements Supporting and training of internal SAM Technical team members and customers External technical and project coordination with customers and SAM tool providers preparation of license compliance reports for Tier 1 software vendors Methodical Competence: Strong Analytical skills Strong Logical skills Skills in IT business process analysis Written and verbal communication skills Proven researching ability Functional /Technical Competence: Good knowledge of Information Technology Strong licensing knowledge for at least 3 – 4 Tier 1 Software vendors is a must Solid understanding of IT environments and infrastructure (Infra and Networking) Knowledge of CMDB’s, and Software Management tools / will be beneficial.



Understanding of Active Directory, User Management, working with Citrix, VM, Windows Server Administration etc. is a must.

Experience with other platforms such as IBM, Unix, Linux, Mac is a plus Experience: (Required) At least 10-15 years of proven experience in the field of SAM and IT Asset Management IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience, preferably the top ones such as Brainware (Spider), Service Now SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, Aspera, IBM Tivoli, HP Asset Manager Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions Full time Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Equivalent diploma in IT. Excellent communication skills ITAM certification. Candidates with SAM Certification is (preferable)
