Role & responsibilities

- Monitoring the Daily Reading of Electricity and Water consumption throughout the park.

- Collecting the monthly/yearly CTO forms/DG tax documents to be maintained separately.

- o check General Walkthrough to be done on a daily basis and to supervise the worker's routine work is done or not, and t the log books/grooming.

- Co-ordination with the team and vendors for the rectification of open complaints/DLP issues/troubleshooting.

- Giving high priority to the Roof Leakage issues.

- Ensuring the power & water are fed to the tenants 24/7 without any issues.

- The condition of our assets is to be checked on a monthly basis on both phases in a random manner.

- Visual inspection of the peripheral area to check for any damage by the tenants.

- 52-week planner to be followed on time, and execution to be done at the site and submitted to the Estate manager.

- Coordination of Monsoon preparedness and readiness.

- Attic stock management and consumables stock maintenance.

- Contractor follow-up to be done.

- Employee monthly training coordination to be done.

- Collecting the entire Asset list and preparing the tracker.





- Key management control and monitoring to be done.

- Preparation of the shift roster for the security and Ops team members.

- Travelling to the government office for any issues, bill payment, and document collection. The expense can be claimed on the 20th of every month.

- Preparing the daily/weekly/monthly report and submitting it to the Estate manager.

- Need to follow the complaint tracker and close the work with the Ops team member.

- Monitoring/updating of daily site attendance, and based on that, need to prepare the monthly attendance and submit it to the Estate Manager.

- Ready to travel to the sites, which are anywhere in India, as per the management decision/instructions for any assistance.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

- BE- Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant experience.

Experience:

- Required 5- 6 years of experience in the Property/Facility Management field.
