Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equity Research Analyst role based in Faridabad-Delhi Border.

The Equity Research

Analyst will evaluate private equity and venture capital investment opportunities by conducting detailed financial, industry, and company-specific research. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing investment memos and presentations, and monitoring portfolio company performance. The role also involves supporting due diligence processes, tracking market trends,



and collaborating with investment team members to refine investment theses and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and market data
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and valuation techniques
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including private equity and venture capital concepts
- Advanced Research capabilities to conduct industry, competitor, and company analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field, CA, CFA
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases and tools is an advantage
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Prior experience or internships in equity research, investment banking, consulting, or related fields is preferred for senior posts, as well as we are looking for freshers also.
