Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Applications QA Analyst to support our portfolio of business-critical applications, with a primary focus on SAP environments including SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA across key SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.), while also supporting Salesforce and eCommerce platforms from a business outcome and integration testing perspective.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

- Successfully lead and execute the full QA lifecycle across portfolio applications & projects
- Ensure robust testing coverage across SAP Business One, ECC, and S/4HANA environments and integrations
- Effectively manage defect lifecycle and reduce production defects
- Deliver structured and efficient UAT cycles aligned with business expectations
- Provide QA leadership for major initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA implementations, transformations)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data during migrations and system changes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QA Lifecycle Ownership

- Own and execute the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including:
- Test strategy development
- Test planning and estimation
- Test case/script design and execution
- Defect management and reporting
- Test closure and sign-off
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and full integration testing

SAP-Focused Testing (Business One, ECC, S/4HANA)

- Lead QA efforts across SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA environments
- Lead testing across key SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.)
- Validate end-to-end business processes and system integrations across SAP landscapes and connected systems
- Support and validate S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformations (preferred)
- Perform data migration validation, including reconciliation, completeness, and accuracy checks





Cross-Platform Support (Salesforce & E-Commerce)

- Provide QA support for Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms, focusing on:
- Business process validation
- End-to-end user experience and outcomes
- Integration testing with SAP and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with SMEs for deeper platform-specific validation where needed

UAT Coordination

- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Define UAT approach, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria with business stakeholders
- Facilitate test execution and issue resolution
- Track testing progress and ensure timely defect remediation

Program & Project Support

- Support large-scale enterprise initiatives by:
- Developing comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Managing QA activities across multiple workstreams and teams
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, business users, and system integrators
- Participate in go-live readiness assessments and final QA sign-off

Defect & Quality Management

- Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution
- Provide reporting on test execution progress, defect status, and quality risks
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and governance processes

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with QA as the primary discipline
- Strong experience testing across SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and/or S/4HANA
- Proven experience with end-to-end integration testing across enterprise systems
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business processes into structured test cases and scenarios
