We are currently looking for a Full-Time English Faculty member who would like to be a part of this journey.

? Position: English FacultyCourses: NDA | CDS | AFCAT

? Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

? Employment: Full-Time | Permanent

? Mode: Offline Classroom Teaching

What are we looking for?More than what's written on a CV, we are interested in someone who has:

- Excellent command over English Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension
- Robust conceptual clarity and the ability to simplify concepts for students
- Clear and confident communication
- An engaging classroom presence
- Comfort communicating with students in English as well as Hindi
- Genuine interest in teaching and mentoring defence aspirants
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching potential are equally welcome to apply. ? One thing particularly important to us: Digital TeachingOur classrooms are technology-enabled, so we are looking for a faculty member who is:

- Comfortable teaching using SmartBoards
- Comfortable preparing lessons and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiar with Canva for creating presentations and academic content
- Open to using visual and digital tools to make classroom learning more engaging





You don't have to be a designer or technology expert. We simply want someone who is comfortable with technology and willing to integrate it into everyday teaching. What will the role involve?Apart from classroom teaching, the faculty member will be involved in:

- Teaching English for NDA, CDS & AFCAT
- Preparing and discussing PYQs, DPP's and mock tests
- Creating digital classroom content and study material
- Identifying students' weak areas and helping them improve
- Mentoring students throughout their preparation
- Contributing to academic planning and test preparation

Our focus will be on subject knowledge, teaching ability, communication, digital comfort and attitude.

This is also an opportunity to become part of the team as we build the Lucknow centre from the ground up, under the leadership of Devbrat Shukla, Director – Brigadier Defence Academy.
