1. Maintenance Oversight:

o Supervise daily maintenance activities for all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems across the resort.

o Ensure the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

2. Team Supervision & Scheduling:

o Manage a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks.

o Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules and duty rosters.

o Ensure shift handovers are smooth and tasks are updated in the maintenance logs.

3. Preventive Maintenance:

o Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.

o Ensure periodic inspections and identify potential issues proactively.

4. Compliance & Safety:

o Adhere to statutory and environmental safety norms.

o Ensure all safety protocols, fire systems, and emergency procedures are regularly tested and compliant.

o Report any hazards or risks immediately to the Resort Manager.

- Inventory & Resource Management:

o Monitor stock levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables.





o Ensure timely requisitioning of materials and maintain records of equipment usage and maintenance.

6. Coordination & Reporting:

o Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;) for maintenance requests and closures.

o Maintain documentation, service records, and report status updates to the Resort

Manager.

7. Guest Satisfaction:

o Ensure timely resolution of guest complaints related to maintenance issues.

o Maintain a skilled, courteous approach to guest interactions when required.

8. Training & Development:

o Identify training needs of engineering staff and assist in upskilling the team on equipment and safety.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
