What is in it for you?

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will drive enterprise platform architecture, modernization, and transformation initiatives while influencing technology strategy and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end architecture and technical design for ServiceNow ITSM and custom Now Platform applications.
- Architect Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA capabilities.
- Lead architecture and delivery of custom procurement, vendor, inventory and store management solutions.




- Provide hands-on leadership in scripting, integrations, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Design scalable data models, workflows, APIs, UI components and security models.
- Drive architecture governance, coding standards and reusable design patterns.
- Optimize application performance and platform scalability.
- Lead integration architecture with ERP, finance, procurement and identity systems.
- Support upgrades and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption.
- Conduct design reviews and technical workshops.
- Mentor engineers and guide best practices adoption.
- Manage technical debt and recommend modernization opportunities.

Experience: -

- 12 - 20 Years

Location: -

- Hyderabad

Educational Qualifications: -

- Engineering Degree: BE/BCS (Computers/Electronics and Telecommunication)
- Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
