Description

Enphase Energy is seeking an Engineer II, AI/ML to design and implement scalable AI/ML and Gen-AI solutions for energy technologies. The role supports large-scale predictive maintenance and customer-facing systems in a cloud and multi-cloud environment.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience
- Experience with big data and data science in Python
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with multi-cloud, web, and mobile application development is a plus

Qualification

- BE/BTech in CS/ECE/EEE
- Top 6 IIT
- Above 80% or 8 CGPA

Responsibilities

- Design and implement high-quality scalable AI/ML applications and platforms
- Build Data/AI/ML and Gen-AI solutions for millions of users and billions of events
- Develop cloud-based IoT, data engineering, machine learning, and Gen-AI agentic systems
- Collaborate with mapping products to solve problems using mathematical and data structure approaches
- Develop software engineering solutions and complex mathematical models in a high-level programming language
- Build IoT-based systems using modern software engineering, coding standards, source code management, build processes, and validation
- Design AI/ML applications using mathematics, algorithms, and ML techniques
- Support responsive full stack web, mobile platforms, and applications
- Provision and deploy scalable AI/ML applications on multi-cloud services at internet scale
- Transform customer experience by solving complex technical issues
- Build and maintain scalable firmware upgrade infrastructure for edge model execution




- Work with cross-functional teams on enterprise software integration investigations
- Investigate and resolve third-party API issues affecting data for AI/ML systems

Additional Responsibilities

- Deploy state-of-the-art large-scale predictive maintenance AI/ML solutions
- Develop Gen-AI applications for Enphase customers
- Ensure solutions are highly scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant
- Work with customers and engineering teams on third-party API issues
- Collaborate across the organization to deliver technical excellence
- Use strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
