About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embryologist to join our growing embryology team. The role will involve hands-on work across the IVF laboratory, with a strong focus on ICSI, embryo culture and laboratory quality standards.

Key Resonsibilities:

- Perform ICSI with robust technical proficiency
- Handle oocyte retrieval samples, denudation, fertilisation checks and embryo culture
- Perform embryo assessment and grading as per laboratory protocols
- Assist with embryo vitrification, warming and cryopreservation
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation




- Follow strict laboratory quality control, hygiene and safety protocols
- Ensure proper handling, identification and traceability of gametes and embryos
- Support day-to-day functioning and maintenance of the embryology laboratory
- Work closely with the Chief Embryologist and clinical team to ensure smooth patient cycles
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives and SOP development

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2–5 years of active hands-on IVF laboratory experience
- Strong and demonstrable ICSI experience is mandatory
- Experience across embryo culture, grading and cryopreservation
- MSc in Clinical Embryology / Reproductive Biology / relevant life sciences or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a highly controlled clinical environment
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary fertility team
