Development of embedded software for Secure Element products within an internal security organization. The consultant will join a team responsible for Java Card Operating System development, secure application enablement, and platform security features. The environment combines Java Card, GlobalPlatform, cryptography, secure operating systems, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Collaboration with international teams across Europe and India is expected. This role is onsite in Bangalore, and we are looking for Immediate Joiners for this project.

Your tasks

- Designing, developing, and maintaining Java Card OS software components
- Implementing security and cryptographic features for Secure Element platforms
- Developing software in Java and C
- Contributing to Global Platform and Java Card platform implementations
- Performing integration, debugging, and issue resolution
- Creating and maintaining automated tests
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and software quality processes
- Analyzing technical requirements, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborating with architects, developers, and validation teams
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in secure embedded systems and smart card technologies




- Expertise in Java Card, Global Platform, Secure Elements, Secure OS development, and smart card solutions
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and Java, with experience in firmware development
- Proficient in cryptography, key management, certificate management, and security architecture
- Hands-on experience with embedded security implementations on ARM and RISC-V platforms
- Skilled in CI/CD practices and automated testing for secure and reliable software delivery
- Advanced business English communication skills - C1 level
