About the role

We're hiring an Email Marketing Associate to handle our email marketing end to end - writing emails that grab attention and convert, and using email tools to send them to the right audience.

Please note: Solid written English is essential for this role.

This is an in-person role based in Surat, Gujarat (395008).

What you'll do

- Write clear, attractive, high-converting marketing emails
- Set up and send campaigns using email marketing tools
- Send emails to the right target audience and keep lists organized
- Track campaign performance and improve over time
- May include some product catalog and data-entry work

Must-haves

- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing
- Strong written English, with the ability to write copy that persuades
- Comfortable learning and using email marketing tools

Nice-to-haves (not required)

- Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
- Familiarity with e-commerce, Shopify, or online selling
- Some understanding of SEO

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary / HSC) from an English-medium school
