Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electronics Repair & Service Engineer role based in Gurugram. The engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and satellite communication equipment issues, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and complete repair tasks to ensure minimal downtime and reliable system performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits to customer sites, installing and configuring equipment, documenting service activities, and coordinating with the technical support team to resolve complex problems.





The role involves working closely with customers to explain issues, provide status updates, and ensure service quality. The engineer is expected to follow safety standards, maintain tools and test instruments, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for electronic and satellite communication systems.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills, including preventive maintenance and component-level repair of electronic equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Field Service capabilities, including on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems.
- Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills to interact with customers, document service activities, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with RF equipment, satellite modems, routers, and related test instruments is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in field conditions as required.
