Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electronics Technician role based in Kottayam.

The Electronics

Technician will assemble, test, and calibrate electronic circuits and components used in biomedical equipment. Daily responsibilities include performing diagnostics on electronic systems, identifying faults, and carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics, using measurement and testing instruments, and documenting work performed according to company procedures and regulatory standards. The technician will collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product improvements, resolve technical issues, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Electronics Technology and Electricity, including understanding of circuits, components, and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Soldering and component assembly for building and repairing electronic boards and modules.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Troubleshooting abilities and experience with Maintenance & Repair of electronic systems and devices.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, datasheets, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Perform the electronic assembly works of various products at QLS Biocelsius.
- Knowledge in wiring diagrams,familiar in basic electronic devices, interpreting schematic wiring drawings
- Experience in soldering and crimping
- Equipment usage including multimeter
- Knowledge in MCB, RCCB
- Perform functional testing and inspection of electronic assemblies, PCBAs and completed products.
- Attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in biomedical equipment or medical device manufacturing is an advantage.
