Job Purpose To ensure all utility, MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and facility equipment are maintained in secure, reliable, and operational condition.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain building electrical, fire & safety, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems as per SOPs and standards. Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facility services. Check fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants, emergency lighting, electrical systems, and safety equipment.

Identify and rectify plumbing leakages, blockages, valve issues, and kitchen equipment problems. Monitor temperature of areas and equipment and ensure compliance with defined standards. Maintain maintenance tools, inventory, records, and PPM schedules.

Visually inspect equipment for abnormalities, overheating, dust, or other potential issues and take corrective action. Support the supervisor in identifying and coordinating with local vendors for fire safety, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
