Role Description The Electronic Engineer Service Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems integrated into hydraulic scrap processing and waste management equipment. The individual coordinates service activities, leads a technical team, and ensures timely resolution of equipment issues at customer sites.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing faults, supervising repairs, conducting testing and validation, maintaining service documentation, and liaising with customers for technical support and training.



The role also involves collaborating with design and production teams to improve system reliability, implementing safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with ability to manage complex control systems in industrial equipment.
- Hands-on experience in Circuit Design and practical implementation of control panels, sensors, PLC interfaces, and related components.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, including power distribution, protection systems, and industrial wiring standards.
- Proficiency in Testing, diagnostics, and calibration of electronic and electrical systems, using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in industrial machinery, automation, or heavy equipment servicing, ideally within recycling or waste management sectors.
- Demonstrated team leadership, service management, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics, prepare service reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards (ISO 9001 or similar), and best practices for on-site service work.
