- Hands-on experience in the maintenance of heavy-duty CNC machines such as Juaristi (HBM), HNK (VTL &
- VTC), Goratu TMC &
- HTL, radial drills, VMCs, and universal drilling machines.
- Hands-on experience in the maintenance of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems.
- Breakdown &
- Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
- SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
- Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT &
- Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers etc. &
- Genie and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters
- Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressor, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
- Positive working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, earth testers, and megger testers.
- Working in shift duty and work at height for maintenance of EOT and Wall mounted cranes.
- AC and SC drive knowledge.
